About The Role

Design at Daira decides whether a worried parent understands a result, whether a teacher trusts a flow, whether a child is described with dignity. As Product Designer you will own design across the Jiveesha ecosystem and Kokh.AI — from screening interactions to the reports families keep.

Key responsibilities

- Design screening flows usable on shared devices by first-time users.
- Craft parent-facing reports in plain, dignified language with the clinical team.
- Build and maintain the warm, accessible design system.
- Design multilingual layouts that respect Indic scripts.
- Run field usability sessions in schools and anganwadis.
- Prototype rapid; validate in the field, not the conference room.

What we're looking for

- 4+ years of product design with shipped work to show.
- Accessibility fluency — this is a disability-screening company.




- Experience designing for low-literacy or multilingual users.
- A portfolio that shows restraint as a skill.
