Position Summary

The Full Stack Developer will design, build, deploy, and support scalable web applications and AI-enabled tools across the front end, middle tier, and back end. This role owns features end to end, from responsive user interfaces and reusable services to APIs, data models, integrations, and cloud deployment. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of hands-on experience delivering production applications, strong engineering fundamentals, and practical experience integrating AI models or APIs into reliable products. This position is based in Hyderabad, India.

Principal Responsibilities

· Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of end-to-end web applications and AI-enabled tools.

· Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework such as React, Next.js, or Angular.

· Develop middle-tier services and business logic, including secure REST or GraphQL APIs, authentication, authorization, validation, and external-system integrations.

· Build back-end components using Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python (FastAPI/Django), or comparable frameworks, including background jobs, caching, and microservices where appropriate.

· Design and maintain relational and NoSQL data stores, data models, migrations, and efficient queries using technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

· Build and integrate AI capabilities using commercial or open-source models and APIs, including prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, evaluation, and guardrails.

· Collaborate with product, UX/UI,



data, and AI teams to translate requirements into well-designed features and deliver them in practical increments.

· Write secure, maintainable, well-tested code; create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; participate in code reviews; and use Git-based workflows.

· Containerize and deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP; monitor performance and reliability; and troubleshoot production issues.

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience building and supporting production applications.

· Robust JavaScript/TypeScript skills and hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework; React or Next.js is preferred.

· Proficiency in Node.js or Python and solid experience implementing middle-tier and back-end services.

· Sound understanding of API design, authentication and authorization, application security, integration patterns, and scalable system design.

· Practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, migrations, and query or application performance optimization.

Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications or tools using LLM APIs, model orchestration libraries, embeddings,



vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation.

· Experience with Git, Docker, automated testing, CI/CD, cloud platforms, observability, and production troubleshooting.

· Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on full-stack development with demonstrable production work across the front end, middle tier, and back end, including experience building applications and AI tools.
