About Us

Code to Couture is a boutique brand and performance marketing agency specialising in fashion and luxury labels. We work with clients across performance marketing strategy, social media management, brand book development, influencer marketing, PR, SEO/GEO, and website revamps. As we grow, we're looking for an HR Manager to build and manage the people function that keeps our team running smoothly.

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to independently own the human resources function at our agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment and can balance structure with the flexibility a growing agency needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring — from job postings and screening to interviews and offer rollouts. Design and execute a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Ensure documentation and HR processes are compliant and up to date.
- Performance Management:



Support the implementation of performance review cycles, feedback processes, and goal-setting frameworks.
- Policy Development: Draft, update, and implement HR policies suited to a growing agency environment.
- Payroll Coordination: Liaise with finance/accounts for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Employee Engagement: Plan initiatives, events, and activities that boost team morale and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Manager role, preferably in an agency, startup, or creative industry setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance practices in India.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with HR tools/software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
