5-6 years of experience in testing AI/Conversational AI solutions.
Robust understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
Experience testing Conversational AI platforms (Google Dialogflow/Agent Builder).
Knowledge of agentic AI architectures and AI orchestration frameworks like Langraph, CrewAI is a plus.
Hands-on experience in API testing, performance testing, and AI model evaluation.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks for AI/chatbot validation.
Experience With Cloud-based AI Testing (Google Vertex AI Preferred).
Strong analytical skills to evaluate AI-generated responses and model accuracy.
