Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years as an HR Generalist

• CTC: ₹6–9 LPA

• Work Mode: Work From Office

• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

• Qualification: Graduate with MBA/Master's in HR preferred

• End-to-end Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

• Training & Development

• Compensation & Benefits

• Leave, Attendance & HR Database Management

• HR Policy Formulation & Implementation

• HR Compliance with Statutory Requirements, ISO & CMMI

• Performance Management & Employee Lifecycle

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience across all HR functions

• Robust knowledge of MS Office (HRIS/GreytHR experience is an advantage)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to independently handle the complete HR function

• IT industry experience preferred

• Exposure to ISO/CMMI environments is an added advantage
