We're Hiring | Assistant Manager / Manager – Building Maintenance

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 10–12 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day building maintenance and engineering operations.
- Oversee electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, utilities, DG, UPS, HT/LT and related systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage AMCs, OEMs, contractors, vendors and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, fire & life-safety and statutory requirements.
- Monitor utilities, maintenance costs and asset performance.
- Maintain engineering documentation, asset registers and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Identify recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10–12 years of experience in building maintenance/engineering operations,



preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and fire & life-safety systems.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Solid vendor, AMC and technical team management skills.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance, safety and utility management.
- Exposure to BMS/CMMS will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 operational environment and responding to critical facility requirements.

This is a Delhi-based corporate role with travel to other project sites across India, as required.
