About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive distribution and sales of AIF, PMS, and SIF products through retail, banking and wealth channels. The role focuses on managing strategic partnerships, driving AUM growth within HNI/UHNI segments, and executing targeted sales strategies across Wealth/PCG platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with IFA, MFDs, NDs, Banks and Wealth Counters.
- Drive AUM growth, net sales, and revenue targets for AIF, PMS, and SIF offerings
- Ensure solid coverage across mapped branches and Wealth/PCG locations
- Conduct joint sales calls with bank RMs, IFA, ND and wealth teams to drive closures
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion tracking for alternative products

Key Skills

- Strong understanding of AIF structures, PMS strategies, and SIF products
- Proven track record in HNI/UHNI client acquisition and AUM growth
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
