Location: Noida

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC Operations, Building Automation, or Facility Management within commercial buildings, IT parks, malls, hospitals, or similar facilities.

Profile:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BMS Executive with 2-4 years of experience in Building Management Systems, HVAC monitoring, and facility operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and monitoring of BMS-controlled systems, ensuring the efficient performance of HVAC equipment, timely alarm management, and accurate reporting. The candidate should possess a basic understanding of building automation systems, communication protocols, and field devices, along with strong coordination and troubleshooting skills. Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, malls, hospitals, or large facilities will be preferred. The role requires flexibility to work in 24x7 shift operations and a commitment to maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) on a daily basis.
- Monitor HVAC systems, including AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, Chillers, and Cooling Towers through the BMS platform.
- Identify, acknowledge, and escalate system alarms to the concerned team for timely corrective action.
- Maintain accurate daily BMS logs, reports, and operational records.
- Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting BMS-related issues and optimizing system performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams during preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of sensors, actuators, controllers, and other field devices.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and shift handover protocols.




- Support energy management initiatives through efficient monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of building systems and timely reporting of abnormalities.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:

- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and their operation.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), controllers, and field devices.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus (basic level).
- Ability to read and understand basic control schematics, layouts, and engineering drawings.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge related to HVAC and BMS equipment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related disciplines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, malls, hospitals, or large facility management environments.
- Basic understanding of energy monitoring and building automation systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, maintenance, and vendor teams.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
