A leading luxury manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Back Office Executive to join our operations team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customer support, sales administration, and logistical execution. The ideal candidate will manage customer data, coordinate orders, handle internal team communications, and ensure seamless delivery management to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Handle order registration, process system bookings, and manage the end-to-end sales documentation workflow.

• Customer Support & Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, handle basic post-sales queries, and systematically resolve customer grievances.

• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage daily databases, and prepare operational MIS or performance reports using Advanced Excel.

• Logistics Coordination: Utilize Gati (or relevant logistics systems) to track dispatches, manage timelines, and ensure smooth supply chain workflows.

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with sales, production,



accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in back-office sales support, customer relationship management, or sales coordination.

• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting) and basic computer software.

• Logistics Knowledge: Prior experience or working knowledge of Gati logistics software is a strong advantage.

• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a team-oriented team attitude.
