Role Summary:

We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Associate to support health insurance processes, including member enrollment, premium billing, provider data management, and medical claims processing. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely issue resolution for members and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and maintain health insurance member enrollments and updates.
- Manage premium billing activities and apply member payments accurately.
- Update and maintain provider demographic information in internal systems.
- Process and review medical claims according to established guidelines.
- Respond to member and provider inquiries through various communication channels.
- Track, investigate, and resolve issues related to enrollment, billing, claims, and provider information.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance,



and timely completion of operational tasks.
- Maintain records and documentation as per organizational standards.
