Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Assist the Director in developing and implementing organizational strategies and long-term plans
- Translate strategic goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements

Operations & Management

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality standards
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Support policy development and ensure organizational procedures are followed

Team Leadership

- Supervise managers or department heads as assigned
- Support recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture

Program & Project Oversight

- Manage or oversee key programs, initiatives, or projects
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables




- Identify risks and implement corrective actions when needed

Financial & Resource Management

- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Monitor expenditures and ensure responsible use of funds
- Support grant management, fundraising, or revenue-generating activities (if applicable)

External Relations

- Represent the organization in meetings, partnerships, or public engagements as delegated
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and governing bodies
