Responsibilities:

- Dedicated Relationship Partner: Act as the dedicated consultant for VIP Shaadi members post-sale.
- Matchmaking Support: Understand member preferences and help identify their ideal match.
- Outreach: Call and connect with high-quality prospects on behalf of the member.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up mutually agreed-upon meetings between potential matches.
- Renewal & Engagement: Ensure timely renewals and proactively engage throughout the member's journey.
- Guidance & Counseling: Guide, counsel, and support members in their search for the perfect match.
- Service Excellence: Maintain high service standards, resolve issues in a timely manner, and keep meticulous documentation.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalations with grace, maturity, and solutions-focused thinking.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Respect diverse traditions, preferences, and cultural nuances in every interaction.
- VIP Promise: Always go above and beyond to deliver on the VIP promise for every member.





What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience: 1+ years in customer service, client servicing, or relationship management.
- Passion for Relationships: A natural passion for people, relationships, and making customers smile.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence and empathy to understand and connect with members.
