Position Summary:

Lead software development initiatives for advanced cybersecurity solutions. Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software while mentoring a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of complex cybersecurity software solutions
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to software development teams
- Collaborate with product managers, security analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices, coding standards, and code reviews
- Participate in architecture and design of scalable and secure software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects while staying updated with emerging technologies





Minimum Requirements:

- 6+ years of software development experience, with strong focus on cybersecurity
- Leadership experience managing and mentoring software development teams
- Expertise in Java and Microservices Architecture
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Robust problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills
