Role Summary:

The Data Engineer will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines to support Securonix's next-generation SIEM platform and UEBA use cases. The role involves parser and connector development, data validation, content validation for out-of-the-box use cases, dashboard/report creation, and collaboration with product, engineering, and threat lab teams. The candidate will optimize and maintain scalable data architectures while automating processes and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement parsers and connectors for various data sources
- Validate data quality and content for out-of-the-box use cases and threat models
- Design, implement, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data pipelines
- Coordinate with product management and engineering for troubleshooting and integration issues




- Streamline data parsing, use case configurations, and internal processes for scalability
- Support analytics and data science teams with data tools and infrastructure needs

Minimum Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and SIEM solution deployment
- Robust experience in parser creation and regex implementation
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Bash scripting
- Experience building and optimizing big data architectures and pipelines
