Job Summary:

Lead and manage DevOps initiatives, architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and infrastructure automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement cloud infrastructure and IaC practices, and mentor junior engineers to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead DevOps team in designing, developing, and maintaining release/deployment automation pipelines
- Architect robust CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
- Design deployment strategies for Docker and Kubernetes applications using Helm charts
- Integrate cloud services and IaC principles with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Conduct system and architecture reviews for optimization and enhancements
- Promote DevOps best practices: CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack)
- Ensure alignment of deployment strategies with business objectives
