Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot 24x7 mission-critical production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Ensure monitored parameters are in order and solve/escalate in case of anomalies.
- Ensure backups are maintained and scheduled jobs are completed.
- Debug application-level issues and resolve or escalate to the engineering team.
- Provide insights and feedback to the engineering and product teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Develop new features and integrations in coordination with the development team.

Experience :

- 5 years of experience in application support or a related field.

Skill / Pre-requisites :

- Strong knowledge of Linux and Linux commands.
- Experience with MySQL structured data and Mongodb unstructured data.




- Thorough knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript).
- Must be willing to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Excellent logical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of cloud technologies are a definite plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to current technologies and systems.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or graduation or equivalent.

Certification if any .
