Job Summary: Lead and coordinate multiple Agile Scrum teams, managing 6–10 Scrum Masters and program managers to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional software projects. Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality SaaS or cloud-based software products on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

- Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams across different projects, aligning teams with program objectives and timelines
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, managing dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively
- Coordinate across functional teams to deliver software that meets business requirements and customer needs
- Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and business stakeholders

Agile Leadership:

- Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams; provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Scrum Masters and team members
- Ensure efficient execution of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Foster collaborative, high-performance team environments by removing roadblocks and empowering teams

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Work with Product Owners to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and understood
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding delivery timelines

Continuous Improvement:

- Promote Agile best practices and improve processes and delivery methods
- Conduct retrospectives and implement actionable solutions to optimize team performance




- Encourage innovation, learning, and adoption of new tools/techniques

Risk and Issue Management:

- Identify risks and issues proactively and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor program progress, track metrics, and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain documentation related to program/project status, meeting notes, and key decisions
- Provide regular dashboards and status reports to executive leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, with experience leading Agile transformations
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) and/or Agile Program Management (SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Analytical and critical thinking to assess complex situations and resolve issues proactively
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-based development tools is a plus

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing cross-functional teams in quick-paced SaaS environments
- Working with remote or distributed teams
- Leading large-scale Agile transformations across organizations
- Knowledge of product development lifecycles and software development best practices
