In this role, you will have the chance to:
- Work on various IT PMO Governance initiatives, including, IT Change Management processes.
- IT Incident Management (Support)- Resolving Incident within target SLAs and MTTRs.
- IT Governance - Quality Reviews, Emergency Access Reviews.
- Collaborate and Support various IT Functions in the area of IT PMO Governance.
- IT Audits - Supporting IT Audits
- MIS Reporting IT Dashboards
- IT Project Management - Supporting Policies and Procedure Documentation, SAP Change Management Process, Project Reviews, Resource Management
Skills: project reviews , Incident Management, Project Management
Experience: 3.00-8.00 Years
