Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for a stealth-mode product
- Own keyword research, clustering, and mapping to key user journeys and content
- Optimize blogs, product pages, and landing pages for SERPs
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices in content creation

Performance Monitoring

- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
- Track and report key metrics including CTR, bounce rate, rankings, and traffic sources
- Identify and act on opportunities for technical improvements and content gaps

Link Building & Outreach

- Execute link-building strategies and guest post outreach to acquire high-quality backlinks
- Maintain relationships with publishers and SEO partners

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with web development, content marketing, and product marketing teams
- Stay updated with search algorithm changes and industry trends




- Recommend improvements to SEO workflows and knowledge sharing across teams

Ideal Candidate

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or SEM, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Proven success in scaling SEO for B2B SaaS or consumer internet businesses
- Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Comfortable working with Wordpress and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Solid project management and time ownership skills
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt and execute quickly

Preferred Background

- Engineering or technical background
- Experience in international SEO or multi-language site optimization
- Exposure to CRO, schema markup, and SEO A/B testing
