Pearson is looking for a driven Outside Sales qualified to cover the entire state of Kerala, focusing on our Test Preparation business. If you have a strong background in sales within the K12 or test preparation domain, excellent communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English, and a proven track record of exceeding targets, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead in the Test Preparation ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling test preparation products.
- Cover Test Preparation coaching centers,



retailers, and distributors in the assigned territory, driving adoption and channel sales for Test Prep products.

Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in the Test Prep/K12 domain, with a strong track record for 5 years.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
