The essential requirements of the job include:

- Bachelor s degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
- Expert knowledge with at least 10 years experience in project management and implementation of large-scale business projects.
- 5 or more years of experience with Enterprise-class manufacturing applications preferably DMC or SAP MES. Experience with integrating manufacturing technology to ERP platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams across the digital operations ecosystem and make decisions based on key business priorities.
- Substantial knowledge of business functions, processes and supporting technology in an industrial company. Specific business experience in operational and manufacturing technology platforms required.
- Experienced in information and data management for manufacturing and operations process improvement.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing and integrating various automation and robotic technologies, ie AGVs; knowledge of various PLC and process control technologies; and implementing quality systems.
