Quality Incharge - Sportswear/Garment

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all quality control processes within the sportswear/garment manufacturing line.
- Develop and implement robust quality standards and procedures to ensure product excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance and training to uphold high standards.
- Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed quality reports and documentation for analysis and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company specifications.

Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the Garment Industry or Sportswear sector.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to implement and manage comprehensive quality assurance systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting.
