We are seeking a Senior Project Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, with the ability to lead complex projects and drive results. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative team environment,



providing guidance and support to team members.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-8 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
