- Lead efforts to build and maintain an environmentally sustainable, healthy, and safe workplace
- Provide safety support to all projects, ensuring compliance with JLL standards and local regulations
- Conduct safety review meetings with project and design teams at the project initiation stage
- Ensure all high-risk activities have appropriate Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Promote workplace safety through site inspections, risk reporting, corrective actions, and weekly safety meetings
- Coordinate with project managers and operations managers to ensure site safety and prevent incidents

Promoting safety awareness

- Drive environment, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives by creating awareness and educating staff and stakeholders
- Share success stories and best practices across JLL project teams to reinforce safety culture
- Mentor and coach both safety officers and non-safety professionals regularly




- Ensure relevant safety licenses are obtained and kept up-to-date

Education and experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction safety
- Robust background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management
- Holder of a valid safety license with a proven record in delivering safety training
- Well-versed in project safety systems, tools, processes, and best practices for flawless execution

An eye for detail

- Strong ability to identify stakeholder requirements and devise effective safety measures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled at building team relationships, listening actively, and promoting knowledge sharing
- Capable of interacting effectively with internal teams and business partners
