Planning Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise planning activities for departments, divisions, or major projects.
- Prepare proposals and site development plans that comply with local and national regulations.
- Serve as liaison among developers, community members, government bodies, and businesses.
- Manage rezoning applications, site plans, special-use permits, and related documentation.
- Collect, analyze, and report statistical data on demographics, land use, and occupancy.
- Present development plans and project proposals to relevant government agencies.
- Coordinate public reviews and engagement for both private and public sector projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and material flow.
- Supervise planning staff, consultants, and developers.




- Prepare and monitor planning budgets and expenditures.
- Establish project goals, policies, and procedures for effective execution.
- Review legal and legislative documents to assess impact on development.
- Facilitate employee training and development within the planning team.
- Maintain explicit communication with stakeholders, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct field surveys, studies, and site visits to support planning activities.
