1. Bachelor s degree in communications, marketing or related field
2. Candidates should have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience driving growth via affiliate marketing
3. Candidates will have experience developing affiliate marketing partnerships and managing ongoing campaigns across a variety of partners
Preferred Skills:
1. Solid analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and adapt to custom internal tools
2. Experience managing scaled affiliate platforms such as Impact Radius, CJ, HasOffers, Awin, ShareASale etc.
3. Experience in manipulating data from platforms such Looker, Amplitude, Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Google Analytics, Segment, Excel, etc
