- Having good in contracts handled experience in Civil - Water proofing, Hard and Soft Scape Works, Interiors and MEP Services - STP, LIFTS Knowledge).
- Having Positive Knowledge preferably in High Rise Building industry and Infra Structures industry
- Having Good Knowledge for finalizing the Commercial terms conditions in line with legal Compliances, safety Norms, Budget, and time deadlines.
- Understanding the Scope of work , execution methodology , Costing analysis, Estimation of work completion and consultation with clients and third parties, before drawing up legal documents to outline terms of service and project deliverables.
- Should play a vital role for coordination between the Business and third parties to ensure timely review and approval of any variations.
- Must have Good experience in all procurement functions for Real Estate industry, Good Knowledge in Contracts Costing, BOQ analysis, Scope of work and negotiations.




- Ensure the organizations internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
- Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters.
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
- Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts.
- Collaborate intra and inter departmental activities (Projects/ PPC/Stores/end users/technical / commercial / administrative / financial/accounts).
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
- Evaluate competency of new Contractors.
- Draft and revise a variety of contracts with Contractors.
