We are seeking a skilled Foreman - Steel & Mivan Shuttering / Supervisor - Structure & Finishing with 8-13 years of experience to lead our construction teams in office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing construction activities, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site for steel and Mivan shuttering projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
- Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Report project progress and any issues to project managers and senior supervisors.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.
- Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders involved in the project.





Skills and Qualifications

- 8-13 years of experience in construction management, specifically with steel and Mivan shuttering.
- Strong knowledge of structural and finishing techniques in construction.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
