- Managing resources of the project and assigning them effectively over the projects.
- Develop and identify methods and plan for best practices and standards.
- Keep a check if the project is executed according to the specifications and standards or not.
- Mentoring, training, and briefing the contractor.
- Carrying out project audits.
- Developing and managing project policies, procedures, templates, and other process.
- Managing the constraints and risks.
- Coordinating communications across the projects.

Mandatory skill set
- Candidates should have experience in high rise residential buildings.
- MIVAN/ Aluminum form work experience is a must.
- Minimum 13+ years of overall experience in construction.
- At least one full project cycle completion (start to end) as a Project manager role.
