- Procure machinery, equipment for all sites through purchase team
- Source manpower for junior roles in P&M; team after HODs approval
- Supply machinery to the ongoing projects and upcoming projects based on requirement and approval of HOD
- Ensure scheduled maintenance of machinery in prescribed intervals as per OEM
- Ensure sufficient spares availability in stock to avoid delay in repair/maintenance of machinery
- Arrangement of spares parts by raising the PR well in advance
- Ensure scheduled maintenance of the machinery is done on time through regular(fortnigh) meetings
- Visit projects on regular basis and conducting audits
- Check Log books & Check list, documents, Machinery Vs Manpower, field service report
- Maintain documents of all existing and new machinery (eg. PO/Invoice/ Commissioning / Warranty)
- Inter transfer of the available Manpower as per the requirement of respective sites




- Deploy new P & M operational and technical staff to the projects after necessary approvals (HOD)
- Co-ordinate with OEMs / Dealers for Maintenance and spares related activities
- Create Item codes of recent spares to raise PR for further requirements (Item creation)
- Get approvals from the HOD for major periodic breakdowns, maintenance requiring outsourcing
- Provide technical support for purchase team and new machine or for spares
- Conduct P&M; related monthly meetings with project mechanical & civil site execution in-charges
- Conduct stock audit on quarterly basis on spares at CMG
- Ensure action on any special activity assigned by HOD
