- Review and approve the preliminary and final designs of viaduct, Stations, Depot and structures.
- Review and approve detailed designs and Positive for Construction drawings prepared by DDC.
- Review and approval to modifications in approved plans, drawings and methodology that may be necessitated to change in field conditions during construction.
- Review and approval of designs and drawings of temporary works during construction of the project,
- Review and approval of 'As build drawings'.
