We are hiring a skilled ServiceNow SecOps Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Security Operations (SecOps) modules in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps modules: Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence
- Integrate SecOps with threat intelligence platforms, CMDB, and vulnerability scanners
- Customize workflows, automation, and playbooks for security incident handling and vulnerability remediation
- Collaborate with security teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting in existing SecOps implementations
- Ensure alignment with ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 2 years in SecOps




- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, processes, and tools
- Experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence modules
- Familiarity with CMDB, MID Server, and integrations with external tools
- Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills in ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
