We are seeking an experienced Architect / Lead - ServiceNow to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, leading architecture discussions, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead the architecture and design discussions for ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide guidance and best practices to development teams during project execution.
- Conduct technical reviews of projects to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities and features.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables,



and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

- 11-17 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in service management.
- Certification in ServiceNow (such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
