n Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients.n
- Assist members with insurance benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries.n
- Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.n
- Document customer interactions in the system.n
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.n

n Eligibility:
n
- n
- Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).n
- Excellent English communication skills.n
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.n




- Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts.n
- Customer service experience in BPO is preferred; freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.n
