Duties & Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain Epicor Products.
- Manages one or more scrum teams overseeing performance of individual team members and the team as a whole
- Lead a team of product developers with direction, coaching, and support to ensure successful execution of objectives.
- Provide timely and clear work direction to deliver outcomes.
- Establish functional requirements and review solutions to ensure organizational needs are met.
- Estimates, prioritizes, plans, assigns and coordinates development activities.
- Work with and lead agile development team and to ensure development process are tracked and followed.
- Will may act as a scrum master on projects under development
- Identifies and addresses staff training and career / development needs
- Understand product architecture and demonstrate the same as required
- Work with developers on their career plan and provide performance feedback.

Qualifications





- Hands on experience in Python or AngularJS/Angular experience would be outstanding plus or Any other popular object oriented programming language.
- Experience working in Agile environment.
- Experience developing/managing enterprise application. Product development background would be great to have.
- Understanding of design patterns, principle and Object-Oriented Design.
- Domain experience on ERP Retail or related product areas.
- Setting up process for code quality & coding practices.
- Interface effectively and collaborate with teams, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Strong analytical, communication and written skills with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideas.
- Should have good interpersonal and team management skills.
- Previous experience of team metrics on efficiency, productivity, quality, attendance, innovation etc.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or appropriate computer science related certificate) OR MCA
- 10+ years experience in Development and minimum of 3 years as a Development Manager.
