Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Associate Finance to join our dynamic finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting and will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, analysis, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Support the finance team in month-end close processes and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
