About Job

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a solid background in .NET or Full Stack Engineering to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, combined with excellent project management skills to drive high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects while maintaining technical oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Leadership:

- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA,



and DevOps teams to align technical and business requirements.
- Monitor project risks and dependencies, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
- Implement Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies, conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Technical Oversight & Hands-on Contribution:

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Review code, architecture, and design patterns to maintain high-quality standards.
- Support software development using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) or Full Stack (React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, etc.).
- Work with databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps strategies for continuous integration and deployment.

Stakeholder Communication & Documentation:

- Act as the primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and detailed user stories.
- Prepare project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and risk assessments.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and roadblocks.

Required Qualifications:

- Candidate must have 8 - 12 Years experience 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET or Full Stack technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or technical leadership roles.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud computing (Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
