We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Lead with extensive experience in K6 and performance testing. The successful candidate will lead and manage the performance testing efforts for our clients' projects. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the job market context of India, and possess exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the performance testing efforts for projects
- Develop and execute performance test plans and scripts using K6
- Identify and analyze performance issues and work with development teams to resolve them
- Provide timely and accurate performance testing metrics and reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance testing aligns with project timelines and objectives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance testing

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in performance testing with a focus on K6
- Experience in leading and managing performance testing efforts for complex projects
- Experience in analyzing and identifying performance issues and working with development teams to resolve them
- Experience in developing and executing performance test plans and scripts using K6
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Certification in performance testing is a plus
