Customer Relations Executive – Chat Support

Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 CTC per month

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our Chat Support Team. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals with strong written communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will interact with customers through digital channels, understand their concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a smooth and skilled support experience.

Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad or be willing to relocate and work from the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through chat, email, text, and social media channels.

- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.

- Provide clear information about products, services, and processes.

- Maintain excellent standards of grammar, spelling, tone, and written communication.

- Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant records.





- Follow established company policies, processes, and quality standards.

- Meet assigned quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Coordinate with relevant teams when required to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma or equivalent; graduates are preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Prior experience in customer service, chat support, BPO, or a related field will be an advantage.

- Excellent written English and grammar skills.

- Good typing speed with basic computer knowledge.

- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.
