About the Opportunity

Our teams drive end-to-end gold processing—from raw material sourcing to retail-ready jewelry—ensuring compliance, purity, traceability, and operational excellence at scale. We’re building a next-gen gold value chain built on transparency, technology, and trusted quality.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end gold processing operations including refining, alloying, casting, hallmarking, and quality control for retail distribution.
- Ensure strict adherence to BIS standards, hallmarking norms, and RBI/GOI regulations across all production batches.
- Optimize yield, reduce wastage, and improve throughput by implementing lean manufacturing and process automation in gold refining & casting.
- Manage vendor partnerships with refineries, bullion suppliers, and assay labs to maintain purity, cost control, and supply chain resilience.




- Build and lead a high-performance team of metallurgists, production supervisors, and QC technicians across multiple processing facilities.
- Drive digital transformation in gold processing by integrating IoT sensors, digital weight tracking, and real-time purity monitoring systems.
