Position: Technical Trainer / Executive Technical Mentor - Generative AI

Location: Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - Work From Office Only - No Hybrid / No Remote

Experience: 1 to 3+ Years Industry Experience Mandatory

CTC: Rs. 5 LPA to Rs. 9 LPA - Full Time - Onsite

About The Role:

We are looking for industry professionals from Software / AI / ML / GenAI background to join as Executive Technical Mentor - Generative AI at our Perungudi, Chennai office. You will bring real world enterprise experience into the classroom and mentor beginners to build production ready AI apps. This is a complete Work From Office role, no hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver hands-on offline classroom sessions at Perungudi campus on GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents

- Conduct live coding, code reviews, debugging, Git / PR reviews in person

- Mentor students on real world projects, Agile workflows and production deployment

- Prepare students for GenAI / AI Engineering interviews - mock interviews

- Build assignments and projects using OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face

- Must be available full time at Perungudi, Chennai office

Must Have Skills - Mandatory:

- GenAI: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / LlamaIndex, Vector DBs - Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB

- Programming: Python,



API Integration, Software Engineering best practices

- Cloud: Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API / Hugging Face / Databricks

Nice to Have: Fine-tuning, AI Agents, Docker, FastAPI / Streamlit, CI/CD

Qualification: B.E / http://B.Tech / http://B.Sc in CS/IT or related field. Industry experience matters more.

Ideal Background: Generative AI Engineer, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Software Engineer, Data Scientist currently based in Chennai

Eligibility: Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Perungudi, Chennai. Work From Office only. No Hybrid, No Remote.
