Position: HR Recruiter
Industry: IT & Cyber Security Training
Location: Thane (Naupada)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and other channels to source potential candidates.

- End-to-End Recruitment:

- Handle the complete recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

- Resume Screening:

- Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.

- Initial Screening:

- Conduct preliminary HR screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Qualifications:





- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT and Non-IT sectors.

- Skills:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requisitions.
