Job Summary:

A Junior Architect in a leading interior designing firm with 0-1 year of experience will assist in designing, planning, and executing architectural and interior projects across Chennai. Best role for B.Arch fresher who wants to learn from senior architects and work on live premium projects - Residential, commercial, retail and hospitality interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

- Assisting in creating architectural and interior designs and concepts - Mood boards to 3D

- Preparing detailed drawings and construction documents - Working drawings, detailed drawings

- Conducting site visits and assisting with site analysis - T.Nagar office + Chennai sites

Project Coordination:

- Supporting senior architects in project coordination and management - End to end project support

- Participating in client meetings and presentations - Client interaction and presentation prep

- Researching materials, building codes, and construction methods - Material library research

Collaboration:

- Working with engineers, 3D visualizers and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery

- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards - Building codes and safety norms

- Coordinating with site execution team for design implementation





Requirements - Mandatory:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture - B.Arch Only - B.Arch 2024 / 2025 preferred

- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in architecture or interior design - Internship in interior firm counts - Freshers welcome

- Skills - Software Must:

AutoCAD - Mandatory - 2D drafting must

Revit - Mandatory / Preferred

SketchUp - Mandatory - 3D modelling

Adobe Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop - Plus point

3Ds Max + V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape - Plus point - Big plus for rendering

- Other Skills: Robust understanding of architectural design principles, excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Creative mindset

- Location: Must be currently in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai - Candidates near T.Nagar, Nungambakkam, Kodambakkam, Saidapet, Adyar, Anna Nagar preferred

Key Software and Tools - Must Know:

- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3Ds Max
