CTC: Rs. 5 LPA to Rs. 9 LPA - Full Time Permanent

Work Mode: Work From Office - Perungudi, OMR, Chennai

About The Role:

We are looking for industry Data Engineers / Cloud Data Engineers / Software Engineers to join as Executive Technical Mentor - Data Engineer at our Perungudi, Chennai campus. You will transfer real world enterprise experience - not just theory - through production style projects and bootcamps. You will mentor aspiring Data Engineers from scratch to job ready. This is a full time Work From Office role at Perungudi, no hybrid.

Tech Stack Required - Mandatory:

- Azure Stack: Azure Data Factory ADF, ADLS Gen2, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure DevOps

- Big Data: PySpark, Spark SQL, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Hadoop

- Architecture: Medallion Architecture - Bronze Silver Gold, Data Warehousing, ETL / ELT Pipelines, Data Lake, Data Modeling

- Core Skills: Python, Advanced SQL, Git / GitHub, CI/CD - GitHub Actions, Terraform - Infrastructure as Code IaC, Linux

Responsibilities:

- Deliver hands-on offline masterclasses at Perungudi campus for beginners and career switchers

- Do live coding, debug data pipelines, do code reviews, PR reviews in classroom

- Mentor students on real enterprise data projects, production pipelines, Agile workflows - sprints, stand-ups

- Prepare students for Data Engineer interviews, SQL rounds, PySpark rounds, System Design

- Build real world assignments and capstone projects using Azure and Databricks

- Guide on resume building,



portfolio and production deployment best practices

- Must be available full time at Perungudi office - Monday to Saturday as per batch schedule

Ideal Background - Who Should Apply:

- Data Engineer, Senior Data Engineer, Cloud Data Engineer, Azure Data Engineer, Data Platform Engineer, ETL Developer, BI Engineer, Big Data Engineer

- Must have worked on real production pipelines in product or service company

- Good communication and mentoring passion - can explain complex topics simply

- Currently in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai

Qualification: B.E / http://B.Tech / M.E / http://M.Tech / MCA / http://B.Sc in CS / IT / ECE or related. Real industry experience is more important than degree.

Eligibility:

- Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Perungudi, Chennai immediately

- Work From Office Only - No Hybrid - No Remote - No Work From Home

- Must have 1-3+ years real industry experience in Data Engineering
