Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) Developer with strong expertise in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ORMB development, customization, and implementation, along with a solid understanding of healthcare billing and revenue management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) applications.
- Work on ORMB configurations, algorithms, business services, batch processing, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between ORMB and third-party applications/systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ORMB application performance.
- Support healthcare billing workflows, claims processing, payment management, and revenue cycle management.




- Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in ORMB development and implementation.
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
- Mandatory experience in the Healthcare domain.
- Good understanding of healthcare billing, claims, payer/provider systems, and revenue cycle processes.
- Experience with ORMB framework components such as Business Objects, Business Services, Algorithms, Plug-ins, Batch Jobs, and UI customization.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL and database knowledge.
- Experience in system integration and API-based interfaces is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
