Salary: Rs. 45000 to Rs. 50000 per month

Job Summary:

Leading Architect Firm in Nungambakkam, Chennai hiring Senior Accounts Executive with 8-10 years experience to handle complete accounting, GST, TDS, finalization and project wise billing. Must be from architect firm, construction contracting, PMC or interior design company background only.

Required Skills & Competencies - Mandatory:

1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and statutory compliances - GST filing, TDS return, PF, ESI

2. Proficiency in finalization of accounts, budgeting and MIS reporting to management

3. Experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation - BRS

4. Ability to manage project-wise accounting, billing and expense tracking for multiple architect projects

5. Positive understanding of vendor management and payment processing - Consultant payments, contractor payments

6. Strong reconciliation skills to verify client billing and consultant payments - Fee reconciliation

7. Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, auditors, clients and vendors

8. Ability to handle multiple project accounts with accuracy and meet timelines and month closing

Software Skills - Must Have:





- Tally ERP / Tally Prime - Mandatory

- MS Office - Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reports - Mandatory

- Any ERP / Accounting Software - Added advantage

Interview Process:

Round 1: HR Interview - Profile and salary discussion

Round 2: Technical Interview with Finance Manager - GST, TDS, Finalization, Tally test

Round 3: Final Interview with Director at Nungambakkam office
