About the Opportunity
Vilasitawear is a rapid-growing D2C fashion brand disrupting the Indian apparel space with bold storytelling, sustainable practices, and a customer-first digital experience. We’re building a brand that resonates culturally while scaling nationally — and we need a seasoned PR & Communications leader to shape our narrative, manage reputation, and amplify our voice across media, influencers, and public platforms — all remotely.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end PR strategy — from media pitching and crisis comms to influencer collaborations and brand storytelling — aligned with business growth goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier fashion, lifestyle, and business media outlets across India to secure consistent, high-impact coverage.
- Develop compelling press releases, media kits, and brand narratives that reflect Vilasitawear’s mission, values, and seasonal launches.
- Lead reputation management — monitor brand sentiment, respond to media inquiries, and proactively mitigate any PR risks.




- Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams to align PR campaigns with digital content, product drops, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Measure PR ROI using media clippings, share of voice, sentiment analysis, and influence metrics — reporting monthly to leadership.
