Job Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability across multiple locations in the gold/jewellery/financial services/retail industry.

- Operations Management:

- Oversee multi-location operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.

- Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage large teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Revenue Growth:

- Drive significant revenue growth, with a focus on achieving double-digit growth year-over-year.

- Financial Oversight:

- Manage P&L; at the state level, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

- Market Analysis:

- Analyze market trends and customer behavior in the gold/jewellery sector to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- Graduate degree; MBA preferred,

- Experience:

- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in the gold/jewellery/financial services/retail industry, particularly in handling multi-location operations.

- Proven Track Record:

- Demonstrated success in managing large teams and scaling business revenue significantly.
