Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Lead who can independently drive financial planning,
analysis, modelling and strategic finance initiatives. The ideal candidate should have
solid hands-on experience in company valuation, unit economics, financial modelling
and FP&A;, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
● Build and maintain financial models, business projections and scenario analyses.
● Conduct company valuation, business valuation and investment analysis.
● Develop and analyse unit economics, profitability and key business metrics.
● Support fundraising, investor discussions and due diligence.
● Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
● Prepare MIS,



management reports and board-level financial presentations.
● Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities and provide actionable
recommendations.
● Lead and coordinate finance-related initiatives while maintaining strong ownership of
deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
● Strong understanding of unit economics, profitability and business performance
analysis.
● Ability to independently analyse complex financial and business data.
● Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
● Candidates from startups, high-growth companies, investment banking, consulting or
corporate finance environments would be preferred.
● Ability to work independently and operate as a strategic finance partner to the CEO.
