About the Opportunity
A fast-growing HR technology and talent acquisition consultancy operating across India and APAC, we empower startups and mid-market firms to build high-performing teams through scalable, data-driven recruitment. We partner with clients to source, screen, and onboard top talent — blending automation, human insight, and process excellence to drive hiring velocity without compromising quality. Role & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for entry-level to mid-level roles across IT, operations, sales, and support functions using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal ATS.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess role fit, compensation expectations, and availability — documenting feedback in a structured format.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active talent through proactive outreach, Boolean searches, and social recruiting.




- Support onboarding logistics and candidate experience by managing offer letters, background check coordination, and post-offer engagement.
- Track metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide weekly hiring updates to team leads.

- Microsoft Excel (for data tracking)

- Experience with HRMS or HR tech tools (e.g., Darwinbox, Keka)
- Familiarity with HR compliance basics (offer letters, background checks)
- Basic understanding of IT job roles (e.g., fresher hiring for software roles)
